Sask. government called upon to fix crumbling Highway 9 near Hudson Bay

A town council member in Hudson Bay, Sask., is calling on the provincial Ministry of Highways to prioritize Highway 9 near the town. They say the crumbling, pot-hole laden road needs a complete overhaul.
