Robbery - 400 Block 5th Ave N

A 22 year old Edmonton man is in custody charged with robbery after an incident that occurred early Tuesday morning.  Just before 1:00 AM Police received a report of someone being pepper-sprayed in the 400 block of 5th Ave N.  When Patrol officers  arrived they spoke with  a 23 year old Saskatoon man who indicated he had been walking on the street when a man approached him and demanded his phone.  When the victim refused to hand over his property he was sprayed.&nbs
