Review: Tricky play asks one simple question: Who's the Butcher?

Butcher. It’s a title that doesn’t fool around. And neither does Nicolas Billon’s play which opened on the weekend at Persephone Theatre.
The clock on the box office window says you’ll be out by 9:30 p.m. after the 8 p.m. start. What it doesn’t say is how relentlessly tense most of those 90 minutes will be.
