Resident 'traumatized' during break-in at group home early Saturday morning

A man arrested after a break-in at a group home early Saturday morning had drugs in his system at the time of his arrest, police believe.
The Saskatoon Police Service responded to to a reported break-in just after 2 a.m. Saturday on McCallum Lane, according to a news release. The suspect, an 18-year-old male, was found hiding in one of the resident’s rooms and was arrested.
The man “is believed to be high on methamphetamine at the time of his arrest,” police said.
