Regulatory hurdles delay merger of Canadian fertilizer giants PotashCorp, Agrium

The friendly merger of PotashCorp. (TSX:POT) and Agrium Inc. (TSX:AGU) is now expected to close several months later than the previous target date due to concerns raised by regulatory bodies in four countries.
