Regina, Saskatoon no longer under extreme cold weather warning

It will be an extremely cold start to 2019 in Saskatchewan.
Saskatoon, Regina and much of the province were saying goodbye to 2018 under an extreme cold weather warning issued by Environment Canada. Temperatures were expected to drop to below -30C on the last day of the year.
