Record cold temperatures reported in 11 Sask. communities during Easter weekend
Cold weather records were snapped in parts of the province during the long weekend — including in two cities that had records standing since the 1890s.
Environment Canada said Prince Albert, which dipped to -33.1 C on Friday, broke a record of -32.8 from 1890. The average low for March 30 in Prince Albert is -8.9.
