RCMP seeks 'L' names for 13 furry new recruits

The RCMP is turning to the nation’s youth for help naming the latest crop of canine recruits.
The RCMP’s annual name the puppy contest kicked off on Feb. 1. The police service needs names for the German shepherd puppies born at the RCMP police dog service training centre in Innisfail, Alta., this year. Eleven have been born so far, but the RCMP is seeking 13 names.
