Rare Minglewood show features classics and new ones

Maritime rock legend Matt Minglewood is on his first western tour in almost eight years. He’s working his way out to Fort McMurray. Last summer when the community was ravaged by wildfires, Minglewood staged a fundraising concert in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
“Maritimes have always had a special relationship with Alberta and the Fort McMurray area. A lot of Maritimers work in the oil patch so what happened in Fort Mac hit close to home,” Minglewood has said.
