Public school student population up two per cent for 2017-18 school year

The number of students attending public schools in Saskatoon continues to grow.
Saskatoon Public Schools has logged an increase in student enrolment of about 2.2 per cent for the 2017-18 school year.
Overall, enrolment jumped by 546 students, bringing the total number to 24,891 on Sept. 30 compared to 24,345 recorded last year. The school division had projected 685 new students.
