Public Advisory - Traffic Violation Scam

The Saskatoon Police Service has been made aware of a text scam circulating through the community regarding a provincial court traffic violation.The scam sends a text message to people claiming to be a police officer and says the recipient has a provincial court traffic violation and must appear in court. It then asks people to click a link to pay a fine.This is a scam.Residents are being advised to block the number and ignore the text. Do not click the link or make any payments to this website.
