Public Advisory - Overdoses

Between September 13-14th, 2019 Emergency Service crews have responded to 5 overdoses in last 30 hours. Four of the overdoses were a result of alleged illicit drug use, including one death.The SPS continues to warn the public that any drug taken which has not been prescribed by a doctor, or dispensed by a pharmacist, poses a very serious risk of injury or death.Anyone with information is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300 or CrimeStoppers
