Public Advisory - High-Risk Sex Offender Residing in Saskatoon

The Saskatoon Police Service is notifying the public that a high-risk sex offender is residing within the Saskatoon area.Forty-two-year-old, William Lee Perswain, DOB 1983-10-14, has a lengthy criminal history of sexual offences, including violence with weapons, aggravated assault and indecent acts against minors.
