Provinces pledge $194M to Sask. veterinary college, but capacity stays the same

Saskatchewan, Manitoba and British Columbia announced a renewed $194-million interprovincial agreement that will fund the Western College of Veterinary Medicine (WCVM) at the University of Saskatchewan over the next five years.
