Proliferation of parking patios upsets Broadway store manager

Tim Bannan supports parking patios in principle, but he thinks installing too many too close together is hurting his Broadway Avenue business.
Bannan manages the Oliv Tasting Room in the 700 block of Broadway between 10th Street and 11th Street. The Museo Cafe next to his store has established a parking patio and The Burning Beard pub across the street has also installed one.
The Nosh Eatery & Tap a block south also has a parking patio. The three businesses paid the city a fee to compensate
