Programs working to house homeless in Saskatoon

As homelessness expands in Saskatoon, so do the efforts to address it, a city council committee heard.
Council’s planning, development and community services committee considered a report from the Saskatoon Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) at Tuesday’s meeting.
