Privacy chief says video use OK in case of fired Saskatoon bus driver
The City of Saskatoon acted within its authority when it used video to investigate an alleged collision that resulted in a bus driver’s firing, the province’s privacy commissioner says.
Saskatchewan privacy commissioner Ronald Kruzeniski ruled the city possesses the authority to use video gathered from cameras on buses, even though it includes personal information.
