Prairie Grid Dinner Series celebrates local flavour

A dinner series featuring some of the best local chefs in major prairie cities is making a stop in Saskatoon.
The Prairie Grid Dinner Series is an event designed to combine elements of food and artwork from talent across the prairies in an immersive evening of fine dining.
Chefs from in and around Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Winnipeg are contributing to the meals and creating a special entree when the series arrives in their city.
Dan Clapson, one of the event organizers, said the stop in S
