A Saskatoon man was arrested and a sawed-off rifle was seized yesterday evening after he refused to stop for Police.At approximately 5:10 p.m., May 22, 2018, members of the Guns and Gangs Unit observed a wanted male riding a bicycle near the intersection of 20th Street West and Avenue W South.
