Policy expert doesn't expect jurisdictional battle in Sask. over First Nations' COVID protocols

The Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nation is urging all First Nations to continue COVID protocols, even though the province is ending its own restrictions soon — and a public policy expert believes the government will let them do that.
