Police pull two Quebec men from train, lay fraud charges
Two 23-year-old men from Quebec were hauled off a VIA Rail train by police on Thursday afternoon in Saskatoon.
Staff aboard the train called police around 2 p.m. complaining about suspicious credit card activity.
City police went to the rail yards on Chappell Drive on the city’s west end just before 5 p.m. and were there to greet the train.
Officers were told the two Quebec men had used a credit card in someone else’s name. Further investigation resulted in the seizure of $1,000 wort
