Police locate missing 12-year-old girl

UPDATE: City police report Eliza Masuskapoe has been found safe. 
City police are asking for the public’s help locating a 12-year-old girl who went missing and may be in a “vulnerable state.”
Eliza Masuskapoe was last seen at roughly 10:50 in the 900 block of Broadway Avenue, according to a police news release, and her family is concerned for her well-being.
