Plastic container used as ashtray sparked blaze that ravaged Saskatoon condo building: fire chief

A massive blaze that destroyed a condo building in Saskatoon's Sutherland neighbourhood on Saturday was caused by the improper disposal of smoking material in a plastic container, fire investigators say.
