'People are terrified': Rash of fires hits Massey Place area

Whenever she hears the siren of an emergency vehicle near her home at night, Denise Chauvin wakes up and checks on her property.
She recently developed this routine because of a string of fires this summer in Massey Place, the northwest Saskatoon neighbourhood where she lives. Chauvin and many others are on edge.
“People are terrified,” she said in a recent interview while walking down a back lane in the area. She feels the problem has “escalated significantly” in re
