Paulsen: Time to consider criminal responsibility for online comments

It’s been a long and difficult week for the province of Saskatchewan.
When you weren’t talking about the Gerald Stanley trial, you were constantly refreshing your Twitter and Facebook feeds trying to keep up. I’m embarrassed to admit that I was one of those jerks who turned my cellphone on in the middle of a children’s movie theatre when I heard the verdict was going to be announced. 
Both the public interest in the trial, and the media attention, were anticipated. H
