Paulsen: Ten bucks to pick the new Sask. premier

For the low, low price of 10 bucks, pretty much anyone can help chose the next premier of Saskatchewan. 
It sounds crass, however no other political party in Saskatchewan can guarantee such direct input, as the new leader for the Saskatchewan Party will be our premier for the next 2.5 years.
