Overtime costs at City of Saskatoon rise in 2017

It took a lot of extra work to get the Remai Modern art gallery open in October. Nobody knows it better than the facility’s building manager.
The highest single City of Saskatoon overtime payout in 2017 went to Remai Modern building manager Vince Regnier, who nearly doubled his regular 2017 salary with $73,434 in overtime pay, for a total of $148,040.
