Optimist Hill first phase opens Sunday

Winter in Saskatoon is about to get a boost — the first phase of the Optimist Park project is set to open at Diefenbaker Park on Sunday.
The first phase of the park will open in stages over the course of the week, with the ski/snowboarding hill, terrain park and tubing lanes available first.
The free toboggan hill will be closed, however, since the area is still under construction.
