One of SaskPower's largest generation plants partially offline for more than 2 months

Poplar River Power Station hasn't been fully functional since June 2nd. Its two units generates 582 megawatts of power. One of the units is still offline, but the other one is now fully functional and providing about 250 megawatts of power to the provincial grid.
