One game short: Huskies lose Mitchell Bowl after Mustang surge

The University of Saskatchewan Huskies’ eye-opening run towards the Vanier Cup is finished, finally.
They came up one game short Saturday in London, where the Western Ontario Mustangs turned a dominant second half into a 47-24 Mitchell Bowl victory. That result sends Western into the Vanier Cup this coming Saturday against the Laval Rouge et Or, who demolished StFX 63-0 in the Uteck Bowl.
