Offender missing from Saskatoon jail work crew

A 29-year-old man who went missing from a jail work crew is not considered a risk to the public, Saskatoon police say.
Richard Bear was last seen at about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday when he was working with a group from the Saskatoon Correctional Centre urban camp program, according to a Saskatoon Police Service news release.
The group was working in the 1300 block of Avenue P North.
Bear is 5-foot-10, 210 pounds with short, dark hair. He was last seen wearing a yellow jumpsuit with an orange jacket.
