Numbers show reports of hate crimes in Saskatoon low compared to national average

A 2015 Stats Canada report shows there were just 2.3 police reported hate crime incidents in Saskatoon per one-hundred thousand people while the national average showed a five per cent increase. Joel Senick reports.
