Noxious Substance-Midtown Plaza

Police responded to Midtown Plaza at approximately 5:24 p.m. on the afternoon of December 28, 2019 to a call of an unknown substance being dispersed into the air at that location.  Upon arrival, Police were directed to 13 year-old female youth who was in custody and was subsequently charged with several criminal offences. It was learned that the female and three other male suspects had been involved in an altercation with an unknown male.  During the assault that followe
