No organics program in Saskatoon until 2023

Saskatoon taxpayers can expect to start paying for a new program to collect organic waste next year, but the service is not expected to arrive at the curb until 2023.
City council voted 7-4 Monday to approve the program for single-family homes in 2023 after rejecting a move to introduce the program in 2022 and also rejecting a strategy to start it in 2027.
