No assault charge for PA cop who pepper sprayed inmate

A Prince Albert police officer who pepper sprayed a man behind bars will not be re-tried for assault.
Susan Snell was acquitted of the charge in 2015. The appeal was dismissed this summer.
The charge against Snell dates back to July 2014 when she was a constable with the Prince Albert Police Service.
