Newly relocated fire station opens on Clarence Avenue near Stonebridge

The relocated fire station that opened Wednesday in a new building on Clarence Avenue will save the City of Saskatoon millions of dollars, according to city hall.
Fire Station No. 3 was previously located at the corner of Taylor Street and York Avenue. With the expansion of the Stonebridge area, the city identified a need for a station closer to the new neighbourhood.
“In terms of moving these stations, the mapping shows we actually increase our coverage in terms of a response of four minu
