New Faces New Places: A one-stop shop for everything vegan

Elizabeth Marjan always wanted to own a business that had something to do with food, but it wasn’t until health concerns caused her to switch to a fully plant-based diet that the idea finally started coming together.
So, near the end of June she opened Frisk Market — a grocery store with a built in bistro that caters to everything vegan and plant based.
“In (making the switch to a plant based diet) I discovered how difficult it is to eat in Saskatoon when you’re not eatin
