New Education Minister to be briefed on committees examining sector structure

Four provincial committees examining aspects of Saskatchewan’s education system are set to brief the province’s new education minister on their work in the coming weeks.
The committees, which were formed following the delivery of the March 22 provincial budget, are examining purchasing options, school division boundaries, division organization and compensation levels, alongside provincial regulations from the recently amended Education Act.
