National chief concerned with Sask. minister's 'lobbyist' comment

Saskatchewan's Minister of Social Services says he and his provincial and territorial counterparts are feeling left out of Ottawa's plan to reform child welfare.However, some of his comments aren't going over well with the Assembly of First Nations.
