"My job is giving hugs": Daycare concerns include safety, funding, future

Some daycare workers say they're scared of contracting COVID-19 in workplaces where physical distancing is nearly impossible. Others want to work, but can't because of dwindling enrollment and limits on children per room. CUPE Saskatchewan is calling on the government for financial compensation to make sure centres don't close forever.
