Music Notes: Some musical Fringe benefits

Whoever said there’s nothing to do in Saskatoon is a liar, pure and simple.
It seems like every week I get to reference yet another festival happening in the city (and the Fringe is so much fun) — and I just read a glowing review by a travel journalist about how the city is getting traction as a vacation spot.
