Métis man says ponytail was cut off without consent at hospital

A Métis elder says he's angry and wants to know why his ponytail was cut without his consent at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon. After waking up from hip surgery, he realized his foot-long ponytail, which he had been growing out to pass down in his family, had been snipped off.
