Mr. Big sting evidence declared admissible at David Caissie murder trial

The confessions David Caissie made to undercover officers during a Mr. Big sting about killing his girlfriend, Carol King, are reliable enough to be admissible evidence at Caissie’s first-degree murder trial, a Saskatoon judge has ruled.
In his lengthy written decision, Justice Richard Danyliuk said allowing the confessions to become trial evidence does not mean they are automatically considered truthful and sufficient for proving Caissie’s guilt.
“It simply means the statement
