Motorists advised to avoid Idylwyld for three weeks

Saskatoon’s main north-south roadway is about to become a street commuters will want to avoid.
On Monday, the City of Saskatoon expects to start a three-week construction project to replace lead pipes under Idylwyld Drive North and resurface the roadway, a news release says.
The work is scheduled to happen between 33rd Street and 39th Street.
Although one lane is expected to remain open in each direction at all times, city staff advise motorists to avoid Idylwyld or expect delays.
