More teens smoking in Saskatchewan than anywhere else in Canada
Saskatchewan teens are more likely to light up than their Canadian counterparts.
The Canadian Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs Survey found that 22 per cent of Saskatchewan teens ages 15 to 19 are smoking compared to only eight per cent nationwide. The Canadian Cancer Society is calling on the Saskatchewan Government to take “bold and immediate action” to save lives.
