More mental-health training called for after inquest into inmate's suicide at Saskatoon prison

An inquest jury that looked into a convicted murderer’s death at Saskatoon’s Regional Psychiatric Centre has returned with recommendations that include a call for more mental-health training at the facility.
The recommendations follow more than two days of evidence from 13 witnesses in the case of Traigo Ehkid Andretti.
The jury determined the 40-year-old took his own life sometime between the late evening of July 1 and the early morning of July 2, 2016.
