Mobile Crisis Centre subject of NFB documentary

Saskatoon’s Eric Thiessen will have his short film Talking at Night shown at Remai Modern on Friday, Feb. 23 at 8 p.m. Admission is free.
Thiessen was one of three filmmakers chosen for the National Film Board’s Doc Lab Saskatchewan project.
Thiessen’s doc is about the work done by the Saskatoon Mobile Crisis Centre, taking the viewer behind the scenes with staff fielding calls from people in unpredictable and urgent situations. The centre takes about 26,000 calls a year.
