A ground search for a missing four-year-old in Prince Albert has officially transitioned into recovery efforts.
Sweetgrass Kennedy is presumed drowned in the North Saskatchewan River.
The boy was last seen on May 10 around 3 p.m. in the 900 block of Second Street East in Prince Albert. Police and fire crews received information as a search was underway that children had been seen in the area playing along the riverbank.
