Meth/Weapons/Bicycle Bylaw Infractions Lead to Arrests

At approximately 3:40 p.m., October 16, 2019, members of the Guns and Gangs Unit were alerted to a call of a suspicious person who may be in the possession of a weapon in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue South.
