Melfort man dies in two-vehicle collision near Aberdeen

A man is dead after a collision on Highway 41 near Aberdeen.
The crash took place Saturday around 7:10 a.m., when a car and a semi collided in the northbound lane, according to RCMP in a news release.
The lone occupant of the car — a 68-year-old man from Melfort — was pronounced dead at the scene. The man driving the semi was not injured, RCMP said.
Aberdeen fire and EMS crews, and an RCMP collision reconstructionist, responded to the scene.
